Machine Operator / Forklift Operator
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Machine Operator / Forklift Operator. The position will start with general labor duties, providing an opportunity to demonstrate your work ethic, dependability, and aptitude for physical, hands-on tasks. Successful candidates will quickly transition into a Forklift Operator role and receive comprehensive training on operating machinery.
Responsibilities
- Begin in a General Laborer role to demonstrate work ethic and dependability.
- Transition into a Forklift Operator role after proving capability.
- Operate forklift and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while working in a team.
- Commit to working significant overtime when required.
Essential Skills
- Comfortable working outside in a yard environment in all weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Dependability and commitment to daily attendance.
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not requiredtraining provided.
- Experience using hand tools.

Work Environment
Manufacturing environment with exposure to outdoor conditions. Shift hours are Monday to Saturday from Noon to Midnight. Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
