Medical Director PositionThis position offers the ideal balance of clinical practice and leadership. As Medical Director, you'll spend most of your time caring for patients while also shaping clinical quality, guiding your care team, and partnering with leadership to enhance practice performance.Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no nights, weekends, or call requirements, plus strong organizational support and resources to grow your career.HighlightsCompetitive base salary with annual merit increasesDirector stipend, quality care, and productivity incentives$10,000 sign-on bonus (eligible)Monday–Friday, 8a–5p schedule – no nights, weekends, or callGenerous PTO: 24 days + CME time + paid holidaysComprehensive benefits:Malpractice (with coverage provided)Medical / dental / vision / prescriptionLife & disability insurance401(k) with employer matchLicensure/certification reimbursementTuition reimbursement & CME courses offeredRelocation assistance (when applicable)Supplemental benefits & pre-tax FSAs availableOpportunities to teach residents and studentsCareer development with mentorship, CME, and leadership training programsResponsibilitiesProvide excellent, evidence-based patient care while serving as clinical leaderMentor and supervise APCs and care team members to ensure optimal outcomesCollaborate across specialties (therapy, rehab, occupational medicine) to manage cases efficientlyPartner with practice leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, financial awareness, and patient satisfaction goalsFoster a professional, safe, and collaborative clinic environmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with patients, employers, and payersQualificationsActive, unrestricted medical licenseDEA and dispensing license (or ability to obtain before start)Board certified or board eligible (ABMS/AOA) preferredEligible for Medicare participationFMCSA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain; training provided)
