Admissions Coordinator

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team at West Coast University in California. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the academic success and enrollment processes of a prestigious educational institution.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the admissions process by managing applications and ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected and filed.
- Communicating with prospective students to provide information about programs, admissions requirements, and application procedures.
- Coordinating and participating in admissions events, open houses, and orientation sessions to engage with potential students and their families.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of university programs, policies, and procedures to effectively advise students and address inquiries.
- Collaborating with academic departments to ensure a seamless transition for students from application to enrollment.
- Assisting in the evaluation of applications and making recommendations for admissions decisions.
- Utilizing university software systems to track and manage applicant data efficiently.
- Contributing to the development of marketing materials and communications to attract prospective students.
Requirements:
- Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree
- Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, first shift.
