Job Title: RN - Intensive Care Unit Profession: Adult Services Specialty: Critical Need Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Experience: 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years. License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided. Certifications: Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: NIH Stroke Scale Certificate CCRN preferred Dialysis, SLED or equivalent preferred Description: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Required qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is also preferred. Skills-based hiring is enabled. This position requires a focus on critical care nursing responsibilities. Candidates should be prepared to work with critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential. Effective communication and patient assessment skills are necessary for success in this role.
