Description

Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Taunton, MA 02780
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $20.31/hour
Contract: Temp-to-hire

Position Summary:
Join our team to assemble products per customer specifications and work orders, ensuring high quality and safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years' manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Mathematical and measuring skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Comfortable working with cleaning solutions like Isopropyl Alcohol
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
• Willingness to use required safety equipment and PPE
• Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully in a team

Core Responsibilities:

• Assemble products following work orders, specifications, GMPs, and company policies
• Accurately document all production and quality records
• Use equipment such as branding machines, spooling equipment, tube rinsing equipment, and post cure ovens
• Perform set-up, operation, cleaning, and packaging for assigned tasks
• Assemble pump sets and package molded products
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet all production and quality standards
• Adhere to all safety rules and PPE requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
