Position: Mammography Technologist

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)

Job Type: Reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) - 0 Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and screening mammograms.
• Assist with breast biopsies and localizations.
• Utilize Hologic 3D imaging equipment.
• Implement digital quality assurance procedures.
• Follow radiation safety and universal precautions protocols.
• Provide patient care with a focus on comfort and accessibility.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in mammography.
• Active Oregon state license.
• ARRT certification in radiography and mammography.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Hologic equipment preferred.
• Biopsy experience is highly desirable.

• Charting System: Epic
• Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Additional Information:

• The position does not require on-call duties or weekend shifts.
• Patients will be cared for with a focus on quality and safety.
• Scrub color options are flexible; specific attire provided for OR/L&D.
• Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services and radiology.
• Expect a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:1.
