As a Branch Manager at American Pest, you'll lead every aspect of your branch's success. You'll own your region's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance while building, developing, and coaching a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service and exceptional pest management solutions. No two days are exactly alike. You might spend your morning reviewing branch performance, coaching a manager or technician, and interviewing potential new hires before meeting with a high-profile customer, solving an operational challenge, and planning for your branch's future growth in the afternoon. As a member of our Leadership Team, you'll help shape business strategy, drive continuous improvement, and play a direct role in our mission to remain the preferred pest control provider throughout the Mid-Atlantic. So, what does it take to be a successful Branch Manager with American Pest? For starters, you'll have a minimum of 3 years in the pest control industry . You'll also have... At least 1 year of supervisory experience Firm understanding of customer service and de-escalation Ability to hold team accountable - daily check-ins, goal setting, performance management, etc. Sales Leadership ability with a history of revenue generation and growth Exceptional Operational leadership skills Experience successfully managing a P&L statement preferred The proven ability to inspire and motivate a team Experience with interviewing and hiring with an eye for selection & retention Outstanding leadership and people development skills with a focus on training Exemplary oral and written communication skills Ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way areas, and position self to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc. Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English Exceptional attention to detail Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Availability to work non-standard business hours including weekends and holidays High school degree or equivalent Who We Are...
