Remote Strategic Commercial Counsel, SaaS & HIPAA

HaloMD is seeking a legal professional to own vendor and technology agreements from intake to signature, shaping contracting processes and playbooks. You will be the trusted advisor to move deals across sourcing, operations, security, and finance while negotiating SaaS and technology agreements. You will advise on privacy, data use, and HIPAA compliance, flag risk clearly, and propose practical paths forward.
