This role partners closely with S&BD teams and other business units to deliver decision-grade insights that clarify uncertainty, anticipate risks, and identify opportunities on the most important questions facing the business.Data Analysts collect, analyze, and synthesize intelligence to guide strategic decisions, with emphasis on Refinery Value Chains or Natural Gas & Natural Gas Liquids value chains in support of MPC/MPLX Portfolio Strategy teams. The role requires a commitment to learning the operations, strategies, and competitive dynamics of the assigned business segment, monitoring external developments, and translating data, often large and unstructured, into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders and senior leadership.This is an AI-accelerated role.
