The Transcend IDEA Lab Technician role will support Transcend's customers in the Gas Processing, Refining, and Chemical industries by generating meaningful, solutions focused reports. Customers use these reports to make critical decisions about protecting process and equipment. The Scientist will participate in discussions with other team members to understand the customer need. The Scientist will plan and perform the appropriate analytical investigation and determine the structure and narrative for the report. As the investigation unfolds, the report structure or narrative may need to be adjusted based on the results of analyses. The analytical work will regularly include but is not necessarily limited to evaluations on process fluids, contaminants, filtration equipment and other materials encountered in these industries.
