* Provide virtual nursing consultations and clinical guidance to patients and healthcare teams * Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care * Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes * Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care recommendations accurately in electronic health records (EHR) * Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies * Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing telehealth support and case management * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies

Requirements:

* Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Georgia licensure preferred) * Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting * Experience with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and virtual care delivery * Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload efficiently * Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment * Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused professional demeanor
