Zoom Workspace Solutions Architect (a.k.a. The Wizard of Modern Workplaces!) Location: Full-Time — Hybrid/On-Site Depending on Customer Needs What You’ll Do Design and architect end‑to‑end Zoom Workspace solutions, including Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, Workspace Reservation, digital signage, and hybrid environments. Turn customer requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable architectures. Build system diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation. Ensure designs align with Zoom best practices and enterprise standards. Run technical discovery sessions for pre‑sales. Support demos, presentations, and proposals with sales teams. Serve as the technical authority on RFPs/RFQs and translate technical language into business language. Provide technical oversight to implementation teams, partner with PMs, engineers, and AV integrators. Troubleshoot issues, provide escalation support, and validate solutions through testing, commissioning, and acceptance. Stay current on Zoom updates, certifications, and workplace trends; contribute to best practices and solution standards; train internal teams and customers; serve as the go‑to subject‑matter expert for Zoom Workspace. What You Bring 5+ years in collaboration, AV, UC, or workplace technology. Hands‑on expertise with Zoom Rooms and Zoom Workplace tools. Strong understanding of AV systems and enterprise room design. Experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or consultant. Ability to command a room, whether the audience is technical or executive. Bonus Points Zoom certifications (Rooms, Phone, Workplace). Background in room scheduling, occupancy analytics, or workplace platforms. Knowledge of networks, security, and cloud architectures. Experience with AV hardware ecosystems (cameras, DSPs, control systems). History with enterprise or multi‑site deployments. Your Skill Set Consultative, creative problem‑solver.
