As a Credit Administration AVP , you’ll serve as the vital link between front office teams, loan administration, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of credit facilities from inception to maturity. Your ability to interpret loan agreements, manage time-sensitive funding, and drive process improvements will be at the heart of delivering a compliant, efficient, and high-impact service. What You’ll Do Shape the Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end management of new, renewed, amended, and restructured loan credit facilities, ensuring flawless alignment with agreements and banking procedures. Unlock Insights: Dive into credit agreements to extract and implement pricing terms, transaction structures, and operational details with precision in systems like ACBS and Loan IQ . Build Efficiency: Develop and maintain operational documentation that keeps facility management processes accurate, timely, and audit-ready. Lead Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, providing clarity and solutions for open issues, pending transactions, and operational queries. Inform Decisions: Generate and maintain reports that empower operations management, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. Play a key role in audits, business continuity efforts, and special projects. Grow Talent: Mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work in facility booking and operational processes. What You Bring Proven Experience: 5+ years in commercial loan operations, credit administration, or a related financial services field - your track record is the foundation of this role.
