Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support and scale our operations across the United States within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. This role will play a critical part in ensuring efficient product flow, vendor coordination, and inventory management as we expand our footprint. You will work cross-functionally with operations, logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless supply chain execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and distribution across multiple locations Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to ensure product availability while minimizing waste Track shipments and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or fulfillment issues Support new store openings and expansion by ensuring timely and accurate product delivery Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and vendor communications Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on invoicing, cost tracking, and reconciliations Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability Ensure compliance with food safety, handling, and regulatory standards Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (QSR, food service, or retail preferred) Strong understanding of inventory management, distribution, and procurement processes Experience working with 3PLs, distributors, and multi-location operations Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory or ERP systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Nice-to-Have Experience in QSR or food & beverage supply chains Familiarity with demand planning or forecasting tools Experience supporting multi-state or national operations Exposure to scaling operations or new market launches What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to grow with a scaling brand in a high-impact role Collaborative, fast-moving team environment Health benefits and paid time off Travel opportunities tied to expansion and operations Company Description The Company: Go Greek Yogurt is a fast-growing, high-volume quick-casual food concept based in Beverly Hills, CA, with operations throughout Southern California, including both corporate-owned and managed stores.
