Energy Fitness is seeking an experienced, inspired, and energetic Group Class Instructor to lead our members. If you have a love for Pilates, Barre, Toning and Strength Classes, and/or Indoor Cycling, this could be an incredible opportunity to put your stamp on a strong program and grow it into something even more amazing! You are responsible for providing programming, motivation and direction during class. You will develop and maintain client relationships, without having the burden or discomfort of selling packages. That’s right, you show up and do what you love, which is teach…not sell. We are a community club, bringing all levels and ages together to be the best version of themselves through a passionate Team of fitness professionals. We are looking for the next new Teammate, is that you? Responsibilities and Duties
- Instruct up to 3 or more classes a week
- Develop client relationships through outstanding customer service
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve success through consistency and hard work
- Be courteous, engaging and friendly to all club members
- Embrace the Energy Team environment and help your peers be the best they can be
- Passion for fitness, wellness and helping others
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills
