Packaging / Tape Department Associate The Job Center is now hiring Packaging / Tape Department Associates in Sharonville, OH! We are currently hiring temp to hire employees for 1st shift. Compensation of Packaging / Tape Department Associate: 1st Shift: $16.00 per hour Paid weekly on Fridays Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO Schedule of Packaging / Tape Department Associate: 1st Shift: 5:45 PM - 4:15 PM, Monday-Thursday Overtime offered on Fridays Responsibilities of Packaging / Tape Department Associate: Package and prepare products according to the production schedule. Work in the Tape Department to package, organize, and prepare products for the next stage of production or shipment. Inspect products and packaging for defects, damage, or incorrect labeling. Place finished products into boxes, cartons, or other required packaging. Seal, tape, and secure boxes and packages according to established procedures. Assemble boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials as needed. Maintain accurate product quantities and ensure items are packaged correctly. Move, stack, and organize packaged products throughout the work area. Requirements of Packaging / Tape Department Associate: Must be able to stand for the full shift. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis. Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Must follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
