Envision Painting & Roofing is a Phoenix-based painting and roofing company that's been serving residential and commercial clients across the Greater Phoenix Metro area for nearly 20 years. We've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, integrity, and taking care of our people — and that same mindset drives how we grow the business. We're a tight-knit team that values hard work, accountability, and genuine relationships, both with our clients and with each other. We're building toward significant growth in the coming years, and we're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help fuel that expansion.
The Role
We're seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business, build relationships with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients, and drive revenue growth across our painting and roofing divisions. This is a remote/field-based role — you'll be out in the Phoenix Metro market building our pipeline.
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial painting and roofing
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, GCs, HOAs, and commercial decision-makers
Represent Envision at industry events, networking functions, and site visits throughout the Phoenix Metro area
Manage a pipeline of leads from first contact through contract signing
Collaborate with project management and estimating teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Track and report on business development activity and results
What We're Looking For
Proven business development or outside sales experience, ideally in construction, roofing, painting, or a related trade
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a field-based role
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $70,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience
Commission structure on new business generated
Vehicle and fuel support may be provided based on role requirements and travel demands
Outstanding Company Culture reporting directly to ownership
Location
This role covers the Greater Phoenix Metro area. Field-based with regular travel to job sites, client meetings, and networking events.
