Restaurant DirectorChick-fil-A Montrose Crossing and Westfield Montgomery Mall is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Director to join our team. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute the job description and responsibilities for the Team Member, Certified Trainer, and Shift ManagerLead and oversee the coordination of all aspects of restaurant operationsCoach and develop the leaders of the restaurant so they are equipped to lead the teamMeet with the Shift Managers to discuss the business and create capacity in themAssist the Director of Talent with training, development, increasing retention and creating a healthy staffing numberStrategize with the Marketing Director to increase sales and transactions through intentional promotionsMeet with the Director of Facilities to discuss proper care and cleaning of equipment in the restaurant.Partner with the Director of Quality & Safety to ensure our service meets local, state, & Chick-fil-A regulations and our customer satisfactionCoach and mentor team membersReview daily, weekly, and monthly performance goal achievements and take corrective actions for any shortfalls.Execute the Winning Hearts Everyday programRecommend and Assist in the preparation of the weekly work scheduleAnalyze quarterly Customer Experience Monitor reportsManage the Financial Health of the business by managing and controlling expensesStreamline systems & processesPrepare and revise the Standard Operating Procedure when necessary to ensure its compliance with changes made in the restaurant or by Chick-fil-A CorporateDevelop performance-oriented goals and accountability among FOH team members and Shift ManagersRequirements:5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership roleStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsStrong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer serviceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferredIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a proven track record of success in restaurant operations, we want to hear from you.
