Lab technician

job summary:
Join Our Client in Atlanta, GA, as a Lab Technician to prepare innovative drinks and maintain cutting-edge research labs! Supporting a global icon that has been refreshing the world with over 200 brands, this role requires laboratory experience, with a background in food science preferred.

• Prepare experimental beverages and syrups according to developer formulations, maintain carbonation tanks, and support pilot plant production runs.

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation, water filtration systems, and beverage dispensing equipment.

• Receive, log, and store incoming ingredients and supplies with full traceability, manage tasting room stock, and support stability study sample pulls.

• Adhere strictly to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP/GMP), maintaining facility cleanliness, sanitized glassware, and audit-ready documentation.

• Accurately record analysis and calibration data in digital logbooks while assisting with shipping documentation and staging large product shipments.
