What You'll Be Doing: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across a range of client industries throughout El Paso. Engage face-to-face with customers and target audiences at brand activations, community events, and local promotions. Track campaign performance metrics and help translate raw results into actionable client insights. Contribute creative concepts in team planning sessions—good ideas get used here, regardless of job title. Who You Are: A strong, confident communicator who is comfortable speaking directly with the public. Highly organized, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long-term marketing career from the ground up. Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a major plus (no prior corporate marketing experience required). Authorized to work in the United States.
