Compensation: Competitive base salary up to $135,000, plus meaningful pre-IPO equity. About Harness Harness is building the AI-native software delivery and security platform for the era of AI-assisted development. We help companies secure, test, optimize, and deliver software after code is written. The Mission Our Chief Revenue Officer (Carlos Delatorre) is looking for a high-judgment, high-capacity operator to serve as a true strategic partner in scaling a world-class enterprise SaaS revenue organization. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a high-trust, high-impact position at the center of a fast-moving global sales engine. You will help the CRO operate at maximum effectiveness by driving prioritization, orchestrating key moments across the business, and ensuring important initiatives are executed with speed, precision, and polish.
What You'll Own
Executive Leverage and Operating Rhythm
- Manage the CRO's calendar, priorities, travel, and day-to-day workflow with a sharp eye for leverage, sequencing, and tradeoffs
- Ensure meetings are well-prepared, decision-oriented, and followed by clear action items and accountability
- Anticipate issues before they surface and proactively solve problems across scheduling, communications, logistics, and execution
- Help protect the CRO's time and attention so energy is focused on the highest-value opportunities
- Lead the planning and execution of the most important moments in our sales culture and leadership cadence, including QBRs, leadership trainings, client dinners, SKO, and President's Club
- Design experiences that are operationally excellent, culturally meaningful, and reflective of a high-performance organization
- Coordinate seamlessly across internal stakeholders, external vendors, venues, and executive participants
- Act as a central point of coordination across the office of the CRO and the broader go-to-market organization
- Partner with leaders across sales, marketing, finance, recruiting, and operations to keep critical priorities moving
- Work closely with a dedicated India-based assistant to delegate logistics, budget and administrative tasks effectively
- Manage a dynamic travel schedule through Navan and through direct coordination with travel providers when needed
- Support communication and execution across Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Salesforce
- Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and workflow quality
- Handle confidential information with exceptional discretion, maturity, and integrity
- Represent the CRO and the office of the CRO with professionalism, sound judgment, and strong executive presence
- Bring calm, order, and polish to fast-moving situations
- Highly resourceful and action-oriented, with a bias toward figuring things out independently
- Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Calm under pressure and energized by fast-moving, high-expectation environments
- Polished and professional, with the presence to interact confidently with executives, clients, and internal leaders
- Proactive and thoughtful, able to see around corners and solve problems before they escalate
- Operates with a business-first mindset, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, urgency and organizational value
- Financially and operationally savvy, with experience managing budgets
- Comfortable balancing logistics, strategy, urgency, and discretion
- Excited by the opportunity to help build something exceptional during a critical stage of growth
- 5+ years in executive support, chief of staff, business operations, event leadership, or another high-trust coordination role
- Experience supporting a founder, C-level executive, or senior leadership team
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Strong project management skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems independently, and exercise sound judgment
- Comfort with modern workplace tools and enthusiasm for using AI-enabled workflows to work more effectively
