Job Details Position: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Contract Length: 13 weeks Weekly Hours: 36 Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Shift Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend, with flexibility based on unit needs Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,770 - $1,870 Start Date: September 21, 2026 Setting: Adult cardiac telemetry / progressive care environment Orientation: Scheduled orientation and pre-assignment requirements apply Location: Laurens, SC 29360 Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina ACLS , BLS , and NIHSS certifications required At least 1 year of recent telemetry nursing or cardiac nursing experience required 2 years of experience in the specialty preferred At least 1 year of recent Epic EMR experience required Strong skills in telemetry interpretation and dysrhythmia management Ability to care for adult and geriatric patients with complex cardiac conditions Comfort with floating to related units or campuses as needed Flexibility to work night shifts and rotating weekend coverage Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to adults with cardiac and multisystem conditions Monitor telemetry and identify changes in cardiac rhythm or patient status Administer vasoactive, antiarrhythmic, thrombolytic, and anticoagulation therapies as ordered Support defibrillation/cardioversion, thoracentesis, EKG monitoring, and non-invasive blood pressure monitoring Assess, document, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective care Float to other qualified units or campuses based on census and staffing needs Maintain professional communication, clinical accuracy, and a strong focus on patient safety Why Apply If you are looking for South Carolina RN jobs that offer meaningful cardiac care experience, a supportive team, and a travel nursing schedule, this assignment is a great fit.
