Holistic Mind Wellness Center is seeking dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our innovative psychotherapy group practice in Sacramento, California. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. As an LMFT, you will focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic care to clients through telehealth services, with the option to select your preferred caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours per week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic examinations for clients utilizing the latest DSM standards.

• Implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs, encompassing family dynamics and cultural considerations.

• Deliver outpatient mental health services including psychotherapy, couples counseling, crisis intervention, and skills training both individually and in group settings.

• Ensure continuity of care through effective case management and follow-up on treatment efficacy.
\n
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary clinical team to create comprehensive treatment strategies and address any complex cases.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings, contributing to quality management and departmental planning.
\n
• Adhere to state, federal, and organizational regulations regarding patient care and confidentiality, ensuring compliance throughout your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population comprised of individuals and families affected by mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current licensing as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California or in the process of acquiring licensure.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing psychotherapeutic services in clinical settings.

• Strong familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health records to enhance patient engagement and genuinely support therapeutic outcomes.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings with exposure to Intensive Outpatient Programs is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on experience.
