Reconciliation: Perform regular balance sheet and vendor statement reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Expense Management: Track, audit, and process employee expense reimbursement requests against company policy. Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve billing issues, missing invoices, or payment variances with vendors. Human Resources Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage the initial recruiting pipeline, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Onboarding & Training: Coordinate new hire onboarding workflows and audit mandatory training schedules for compliance. Payroll Support: Assist with payroll cycles by tracking hours, verifying deductions, and submitting approved expense data. Benefits Administration: Follow up on employee benefit elections and act as the primary point of contact for routine benefit questions. QualificationsRole Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2–4 years of combined experience in bookkeeping/AP and foundational HR administration. Software Competency: Proficiency with Outlook, Excel (advanced levels including vlookups and pivot table knowledge). Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and financial tracking.
