Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information clearly. Good communication skills to interact with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Assist in configuring and testing system functionalities under the guidance of senior consultants. Prepare user documentation, process descriptions, and training materials. Participate in workshops, demos, and presentations for business users. Support the rollout of new features and ensure smooth adoption by the end users. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system usability.
