Production Coordinator

Job Description Production Coordinator is involved in overseeing the manufacturing from factory order placement to final product in the stores. We work with design for any changes on the product. We work with the sales team when communicating with the buyers (customers). We work daily with our overseas partners to ensure the product meets quality standards while staying on budget and delivering on time. Key Responsibilities Vendor Management: Negotiating costs, establishing contracts, and communicating with factories and suppliers. Timeline Tracking: Managing the production calendar to ensure designs move smoothly through sampling, manufacturing, and shipping. Quality Control: Ensuring finished garments match the designer's tech packs, sizing specifications, and brand standards. Logistics & Compliance: Organizing freight, monitoring shipping deadlines, and ensuring imported goods meet all customs and regulatory requirements. Sample Management: Tracking pre-production samples; ensuring accuracy before bulk approval. Essential Skills Math & Analytics: Good proficiency in Excel. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills to handle factory delays or any issues. Technical Knowledge Understanding footwear constructions, components and textiles, would be a plus but not necessary. Software Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software would be a plus, but not necessary. Communication Clear, concise communication with overseas partners, internal teams, and buyers. Attention to Detail A must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
