Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to support the growth of a healthcare consulting activity in the US. You will develop relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and other life sciences companies. Work setup: Primarily on-site in Princeton, New Jersey, with up to 1.5 remote-working days per week. Compensation: Annual base salary between USD 70,000 and USD 80,000, plus USD 7,000 PMO and a variable component of 3% of revenue above 40%. Responsibilities Create and develop a portfolio of clients and prospects in the United States. Identify new opportunities among healthcare and life sciences companies. Prospect and arrange meetings with senior decision-makers. Understand clients’ innovation, strategy, and market development challenges. Develop tailored commercial proposals with the project teams. Present and negotiate consulting proposals. Act as the interface between clients and consulting teams, monitor sold engagements, and contribute to client satisfaction. Gradually develop existing accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the US business. Must-have requirements Higher education degree, ideally a Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university. Junior profile with at least a first experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services sales. Final-year students may be considered if they demonstrate strong commercial potential. Strong interest in healthcare, life sciences, innovation, and the US market. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Ability to communicate effectively with executives and senior decision-makers. Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and results orientation.
