Surgical Technician

JOB DESCRIPTIONProvides general non-technical assistance to nursing staff members. Transports patients to and from surgery and checks patients' medical records for required documentation. Performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (when necessary). Transports blood (as necessary).Schedule: Full-Time 7am-3pm or 8am-4pmReports: RN/Nurse Manager (JC: 031001) or RN/Assistant Nurse Manager (JC: 030303)Supervises: NoneRequired Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Experience: Minimum: No previous experience necessary.Required Certification/License/Registry: Basic Life Support certification required.Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
