Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are client-centered and evidence-based.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans in line with practice regulations.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and create suitable treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to promote professional growth and accountability.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active LPC licensure.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in technology, including experience with spreadsheet software, revenue management systems, and email platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Ability to efficiently conduct intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience. Our compensation package includes a Fee-for-Service model, guaranteeing timely payments, with no waiting for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
