Team members who do not accrue PTO are eligible to receive Washington Paid Sick and Safe Leave "PSSL" time in a lump sum.Per Diem team members will accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Team members begin to accrue sick leave upon hire. However, they cannot use accrued sick leave until their 90th day of employment.
