Facilities Coordinator The Role + Purpose As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll help keep our J.Crew, Factory, and Madewell stores running safely and smoothly for the teams and customers inside them. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of repairs and maintenance across a large, multi-state portfolio of store locations, from tracking work orders to managing vendor performance, while building the organizational instincts and problem-solving skills that come with keeping stores operating at their best. This role rewards people who are detail-oriented and move with urgency. You'll juggle multiple open issues, follow through with vendors and stores, and know when to escalate. You'll partner closely with store teams, vendors, and other internal partners to make sure every location stays safe, functional, and ready for business. Responsibilities Review open jobs via reports run on facilities management software and updates via "Notes" to work orders and with phone follow-up with assigned stores and vendors Monitor and update PM website for store scheduled services Work with vendors for any outstanding open, in progress or completed facilities calls to ensure closed out and invoiced in a timely manner Provide Manager with analysis and reports of vendor quality and work completion As necessary, perform in-store audits for safety and maintenance issues including regularly scheduled store visits Review and process invoices and proposals up to $2,500.00 Handle after hours emergencies Qualifications Excellent organizational and communication skills Working knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Sense of Urgency and detail oriented 1-2 years experience in Retail or Facilities environment preferred We are committed to affirmatively providing equal opportunity to all associates and qualified applicants without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, legally protected physical or mental disability or any other basis protected under applicable law. In addition to our PTO package, J.Crew Group offers a winter break at the end of December to eligible full-time associates at the Home Office to provide time to refresh and recharge.

Note: Availability of these benefits and perks may be subject to work location & employment type and may have certain eligibility requirements. Hourly Range: $22.98 - $26.49
