Hiring a Small Parts Assembler in Ann Arbor, MI!

Pay Rate: Starting at $19/hr 

Available Shifts: 

• 1st: 5am-3:30pm (Mon-Thurs)
• 2nd: 2pm-12:30am (Mon-Thurs)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the production of fuel cells and related components.
• Prepare and measure materials for batching and mixing using precision scales
• Operate mechanical equipment and hand tools to carry out machine-based processes
• Wire, assemble, and solder electronic components and battery systems according to production specifications and quality standards

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of soldering experience, including soldering on circuit boards, PCB boards, or directly on parts.
• Ability to see color for correct wiring and no dexterity issues.
• Mechanical assembly experience, including building, repairing, and inspecting components according to technical specifications.
• Basic computer literacy, including navigating spreadsheets, watching training videos, and working in test stations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.
