Leading the company's social media strategy and community engagement, the full-time Senior Manager, Social Media will manage content creation and online presence across various digital platforms while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and manage day-to-day social media presence across multiple platforms, developing an editorial calendar aligned with company priorities Execute community engagement strategies and maintain Crunchbase's presence on relevant online forums and platforms Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics to optimize social media strategies and enhance brand influence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or content marketing Proven portfolio of engaging content created across multiple platforms Hands-on experience with video production and content creation tools Strong understanding of online communities and reputation management strategies
