Front Desk Opening Shift

Overview As the Opener Front Desk Service Motivator at Gold's Gym PNW, you will be the first friendly face members see. You will open the gym each day, start the day right, and get things rolling for our members. Whether part-time or full‑time, your responsibility is to welcome everyone, answer questions, and keep operations running smoothly. Your upbeat attitude will maintain a positive gym environment. Responsibilities Open the gym and ensure all areas are ready for members. Provide exceptional customer service and answer member inquiries. Maintain communication with the Gold's Gym team. Perform basic office tasks including accounting, computer work, and housekeeping. Assist with any on‑site requirements during the early shift (4:45 am). Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic accounting, computer, and housekeeping knowledge. CPR certification is a plus. Flexible to work early start times and adaptable to part‑time or full‑time schedules. Locations Totem Lake (Kirkland) – flagship and newly remodeled.
