The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record managing complex, high-value projects and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. Strong experience in STRUCTURAL STEEL Strong experience understanding structural drawings Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site construction activities for large-scale luxury homes. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Manage scheduling, inspections, and problem-solving for technical challenges. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction. Expertise in steel structures, concrete work, and advanced lighting systems. Demonstrated success managing projects of $7M–$25M and 10,000+ sq. ft. homes.
