Executive Recruitment for Supply Chain, Warehousing, E-commerce Fulfillment, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing… Operations Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): Provide current operational training to processing/collection supervisor/leads/and operators in accordance with company's SOP and manuals; conduct recurrent annual and spot training, including health & safety training. Adhere to company's procedural handbooks, operational plans, and directives; provide feedback and updates as needed. Ensure all production goals are met or exceeded; maintain optimal equipment performance. Collaborate with staff and maintain communication regarding machine conditions, verbally or via log book. Ensure compliance with all Labour Health and Safety laws, regulations, and policies. Monitor operations of ADF processor units, distillation plant, distribution system, and other equipment; coordinate repairs promptly. Implement and oversee preventative maintenance plans. Complete and distribute shift and production reports accurately and timely; review operator paperwork for completeness. Perform and report on sampling and quality control tests per SOPs, maintaining quality assurance. Oversee the site’s Health and Safety program; ensure safety equipment availability and adherence to safety principles. Maintain company equipment, tools, and materials in good condition; report repairs needed. Suggest improvements and communicate with technical and management staff. Coordinate repairs and equipment replacements as needed, utilizing company purchasing programs. Inspect and maintain recycling and concentrating equipment proactively. Manage truck transfer operations, including loading, unloading, and documentation review. Maintain professional conduct with customers, vendors, and staff. Schedule manpower to meet contract needs; manage emergency repairs, overtime, and leave coverage. Assume operational responsibility in manager’s absence; manage reporting forms. Maintain spare parts inventory to prevent operational downtime. Provide regular reports to the Site Operations Manager. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
