Systems Trainer (ADP Workforce / Timekeeping) | Leading Utility & Energy Organization | Part - Time Contract We’re seeking experienced Systems Trainers / Facilitators to support a large-scale workforce management and ERP transformation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for training professionals with experience in ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Workforce Management systems who enjoy delivering instructor-led training, engaging learners, and driving user adoption during a major system implementation. This is a 100% onsite contract opportunity with guaranteed weekly pay and travel within an assigned region. What You'll Do: Deliver instructor-led training sessions using client-provided training materials Train employees on ADP Workforce, timekeeping, payroll, and workforce management processes Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual learning experiences for adult learners Demonstrate system workflows, best practices, and business processes Guide learners through hands-on exercises and answer system-related questions Provide coaching, performance-based feedback, and learner support throughout the training process Support system adoption initiatives and assist during go-live and post-go-live activities Serve as onsite floor support ("floor walker") to help end users after deployment Partner with operational stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful learning outcomes Provide feedback to Learning & Development teams regarding content improvements and training effectiveness What You Bring: Proven experience delivering instructor-led training, classroom facilitation, or corporate training Experience training adult learners on software, systems, business processes, or technology implementations Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, UKG/Kronos, Workday, HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Workforce Management platforms Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and training best practices Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, ERP deployments, or change management initiatives Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word) and virtual training platforms Ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical proficiency Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between training locations as needed Availability to support onsite training sessions, including early morning schedules Preferred Qualifications: ADP Workforce or WorkForce Software training experience Union workforce or labor environment experience Utility, energy, manufacturing, transportation, or field operations experience HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Management, or Timekeeping implementation experience Change management, organizational transformation, or ERP training experience Experience supporting go-live, hypercare, or post-production support activities Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
