Human Resources Onboarding Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to join a collaborative HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with employees, and keeping the details of hiring, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• The person will oversee orientation for the whole team. Needs to have strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Support day-to-day employee lifecycle activities from hire through ongoing employment
• Facilitate new-hire processes and ensure required documentation is completed
• Keep employee and workforce information accurate and up to date across internal systems
• Monitor records and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers, helping resolve routine HR-related questions
• Provide administrative support for payroll, employee records, and employment-related requests
• Assist with staffing initiatives and help ensure hiring processes run efficiently
• Maintain organized, confidential personnel records and HR documentation
• Partner with the HR team on projects, process improvements, and general departmental needs

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years HR experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
• Positive, adaptable approach in a changing environment

Schedule

MondayFriday | 8:00 AM4:30 PM | 40+ hours/week

Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
