About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role in an organization that is at the forefront of redefining the future of work. The successful candidate will be the CEO's right hand, a force multiplier with a deep, operational understanding of AI and its transformative potential. This is not a traditional Chief of Staff position; it is a role that demands a professional who is not just comfortable with AI but is, in fact, weaponized by it. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for operating at a level that would have previously required a large team, and for instilling a culture of first-principles thinking and AI-driven transformation across the company. This includes designing and implementing AI-first operating systems, leading AI transformation initiatives, and ensuring the CEO is the most informed person in the room at all times. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategic operations, management consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of at least 6 years. They should be adept at managing people, building elite teams, and be fluent in pre-IPO dynamics. A key aspect of the role is the ability to challenge and reinvent processes, with a focus on total reinvention rather than mere optimization. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for internal and external communications, board and investor operations, and will be measured on their ability to drive strategic program execution and cross-functional initiatives. This is a high-pressure, high-reward position for someone who thrives in an environment of ambiguity, is energized by the prospect of pushing the boundaries of what is possible, and is committed to the relentless pursuit of excellence.
