HR Generalist

Our client, located near Phoenix, AZ is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing HR team. Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Rate Range: $75K - $100K Shift: 1st What’s the Job? Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new hire orientation. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and accuracy of Workday (HRIS) and bi-weekly payroll. Data integrity, accuracy and confidentiality are critical. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping as needed. Support administration of employee benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with annual open enrollment. Assist with employee relations matters in a diverse workforce including salaried and hourly employees including conflict resolution, investigations, performance management and compensation review. Create, modify, and manage purchase orders in SAP in accordance with company procedures. What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law. Experience with payroll and Workday HRIS systems (HCM, compensation, absence & time tracking) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SAP for purchase order creation, and end-to-end procurement processes. Bilingual in English/Spanish What’s in it for me?
