Responsibilities Lead and manage full-cycle month-end close activities with a high degree of accuracy and ownership Prepare and review complex journal entries and account reconciliations across assigned areas Oversee and develop a small team including a Staff Accountant and a Senior Accountant Deliver balance sheet and income statement analytics with a focus on a key business unit Support tie-outs and financial reporting in a public company reporting environment Identify and drive process improvements across close workflows and accounting operations Contribute to AI and automation initiatives aimed at modernizing the month-end close cycle Collaborate cross-functionally with business unit leaders and finance stakeholders on reporting and analysis Maintain technical accounting expertise and apply it to complex or non-routine transactions #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor White
