Sales Representative - Orthopaedic Instruments - Rhode Island South
Stryker
Sales Representative role focused on driving orthopaedic instrument sales within a Rhode Island territory. Responsibilities include building clinical relationships, conducting product demonstrations, managing complex sales cycles, and achieving quarterly quotas in a field-based position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed assigned quota
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, supply chain, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical trials in operating room environments
- Lead product launches, conversions, and implementations
- Deliver in-services and training on product use to clinical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside/B2B sales experience
- 2+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience, preferred
- Proven quota attainment and territory expansion track record
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
- Capacity to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
Compensation: 100% commission plus bonuses and benefits
