Overview
Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Tele) for a travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. Start date 08/24/2026 for 8 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Weekly pay range: $1,906 to $1,972. Shift: 3x12 days. Setting: Home Healthcare – Hospice. This is a temporary travel assignment requiring RN licensure in the state of practice and recent acute or equivalent experience, with EPIC EMR exposure preferred.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Collect relevant health data, analyze assessment information, and develop a plan of care; implement and adjust the plan to attain outcomes; evaluate progress.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients, families, and the treatment team; communicate health information clearly.
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team; contribute to a safe, healing, and compassionate care environment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to promote continuity of care and learning opportunities.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (or state of practice) required.
- BSN preferred.
- Minimum two years of recent RN experience in the field.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR acceptable per policy.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required per policy.
- EPIC EMR experience within the last 12 months.
