Locums - Full Time - CRNA - Lexington, KY - **Will Wait For License**

\nSchedule:  Full-Time; 7a-5:30p or 7a-7:30p (1/2-hour lunch) ; MUST be available 4 weeks/month\n

\nWork Details:\n
\n• Support staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity) CRNAs are medically directed, typically 2-1, or 3-1. The Attending usually has a Resident in the other room, so their primary focus is on that room, and on teaching.\n
\n• Patients per day: Depends, 1-9/daily\n
\n• Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)\n
\n• Department description: CRNA would cover the following: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)\n
\n• EMR: EPIC preferred\n
\n• **All providers will be required to work NORA**\n
\n• Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.\n

\nPractice Setting:\n
\n• Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)\n
\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n• Board Certification: NBCRNA\n
\n• State license required: Yes, State of KY – open to licensing\n
\n• Minimum experience required: 1 yr experience\n
\nCredentialing Timeframe: 90 days\n
