Continuous Improvement Manager

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr We are partnered with a well-established manufacturer in the consumer goods space seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance operational performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. This role will focus on identifying improvement opportunities, executing strategic projects, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the organization. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for: Analyzing operational data to identify high-impact improvement opportunities. Planning and executing cross-functional improvement projects with measurable outcomes. Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals. Promoting standard work practices and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA. Delivering training and coaching to build internal capability in CI tools and techniques. Leading change management efforts to support adoption of new processes. Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project impact. Maintaining a portfolio of improvement projects and ensuring strategic alignment. Driving cost reduction, efficiency gains, and quality improvements across operations. The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
