It provides vital emergency, primary, and specialized medical services to Orangeburg and the surrounding rural counties. Required Qualifications: BC/BE in Family Medicine

Unrestricted SC licensure and federal and state-controlled substance registration

Demonstrated interest in the education of residents

Position Highlights: Collaborate with the Residency Program Director to directly impact the organization, implementation, and continued improvement of the new training program

Opportunity for future leadership as the residency program continues to grow

Split time between educational, administrative, and clinical care

Serve as a role model, mentor, and advisor to residents in the program

Participate in the selection, orientation, and evaluation of residents

Contribute to the development of program curriculum and evaluation tools

Provide appropriate levels of resident supervision to ensure patient safety

Assist with the incorporation and application of ACGME Milestones into evaluation tools

Participate in program evaluation and clinical competency committees

Prepare and deliver structured educational activities

Actively participate in faculty development initiatives
