Requirements Coverage still needed as of 8.20.26- looking for provider to assist with coverage starting NOV 23, 2026. Breast Radiologist needed MQSA 24 months of case logs. Please include Submission chcklist and Modality checklist at time of presentation. MUST have EPIC proficiency, experienced. Will be asked to cross credential for all supporting locations to read from the network. Monday-Tuesday: Orangeburg. WED: HAMPTON location. Thurs-Friday Orangeburg $500 flat rate for completion of hospital modules and epic personalization airline, lodging and car rental active SC license - will wait for license if have active FCVS
