Operations Manager - Miami

Operations Manager Location: Miami Salary: $100,000–$130,000 Our client is a fast-growing premium liquor brand expanding its global presence. They are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, and sustainability across Mexico. About You 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations. Experience in liquor, alcohol beverages, FMCG, or a similar industry. Strong supplier management, sourcing, and negotiation skills. Experience with packaging and dry goods procurement. Commercially minded, organized, and confident working independently. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Spanish . What You’ll Do Manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics across Mexico. Oversee suppliers, 3PL partners, freight, and warehousing. Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure products and materials move efficiently between production sites and markets. Track costs, inventory, and supply chain performance. Support the brand’s sustainability initiatives.
