Locum tenens coverage is sought beginning in January for an initial period of six months to meet the clinical needs of the population served.

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult population at an on-site facility in Seattle, Washington, working day shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities include rounding on an average of 12 patients per day and managing an average of 3-4 admissions per week for an involuntary adult population presenting with acute psychiatric conditions, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Clinicians will conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management within the inpatient setting. Call coverage is negotiable for this assignment, and prescriptive authority is required for all clinicians considered for this position.
