Now Hiring: Customer Service Clerk (Epicor/Vantage ERP)

Location: Des Plaines, IL

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00/hr.

Are you highly computer-savvy with experience in manufacturing customer service? Barton Staffing is looking for an experience Customer Service Representative who can hit the ground running with Epicor/Vantage ERP systems .

What You'll Do:

• Provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle high-accuracy data entry, order processing, and account management.
• Navigate Epicor/Vantage ERP and CRM systems seamlessly.
• Make confident outbound follow-up calls to clients.

What You'll Bring:

• Must be computer-savvy with direct experience in Epicor or Vantage ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Background in manufacturing customer service or call centers is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices, including effective problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus!
